SIH GROUP was founded by SIH – Security, Cleaning and Services Ltd, which was founded in 2005 by Brigadier General (res.) Zvika Halperin, and managed by a team of multidisciplinary experts, including senior figures from the Shin Bet, the Mossad, and other elite IDF units.

Licenses and permits
- License for Private Investigators and Security Services 1972, from the Ministry of Justice, for the establishment and organization of an office for security and guarding services, according to Section 18 of the Law.
- Special license from the Israel Police and the Ministry of the Interior, for possession of firearms according to Section 10C of the aforementioned law.
- Approval to work with entities according to the Public Entities Transactions Law 1976.
- Member of the National Association of Security and Cleaning Companies in Israel.
- Service contractor license, from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
- License to manage mass events with over 7,000 participants.
- License for importing foreign workers, from the Ministry of Labor.

Known by its business name SIH-Security, Cleaning and Services Ltd., is a leader in the security field in Israel. The company provides physical, technological and human security systems to deal with security reference scenarios and extremely complex and complicated security challenges, in a way that provides a complete solution to a variety of security scenarios in Israel and abroad. The company has hundreds of vehicles and thousands of weapons of various types.

TIMCON Technology Systems was founded in 1996. Upon its establishment, the company has made its mission to provide its clients with professional technological solutions, with a commitment to innovation, professionalism and quality service. In 2025, the company was acquired and merged as the Technology and Control Division of SIH GROUP.
