SIH Group is a leading contractor of the Israel Airports Authority, providing skilled manpower at Ben Gurion Airport. The group operates a branch within the airport itself and is responsible for supplying, training, and managing dedicated personnel for the following roles: passenger service stewards, attendants assisting passengers with special needs, porters and baggage loaders, assistance for passengers requiring support, interior and exterior airport cleaning, the scanning unit, and the operation of the Lost & Found department, including locating lost luggage.

SIH Group is an entity authorized by the Ministry of Labor to import manpower from abroad, primarily in the fields of cleaning and general labor. The Division of Human Resources for Special Missions identifies, screens, and recruits foreign workers in their home countries, providing them with appropriate training. They are then assigned to work under the operation and management of the Group’s divisions.

Our Traffic Inspector Unit consists of dozens of professional, certified, and highly trained teams that provide nationwide traffic supervision and direction services. SIH Group’s Traffic Inspector Unit operates in coordination with and under the supervision of an operational command center that works 24 hours a day, six days a week. Our inspectors are certified for their roles by the Head of the Traffic Division of the Israel Police and by Netivei Israel, upholding the values of precision, respect, and responsibility.

The role of the traffic inspectors is to direct traffic at locations and sites where paving and maintenance work is carried out on intercity roads. In addition to traffic direction, the inspectors are responsible for ensuring the safety of workers and road users at the work sites they attend. Our inspectors are prepared and ready to provide traffic direction and supervision services to all signage authorities in Israel, as well as to private entities requiring legally mandated traffic supervision services, including cases involving special requirements.
